About Dr Badshah
Dr Badshah is a Consultant Physician & Endocrinologist and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP).
Dr Badshah
is a Specialist Physician with
a special interest in Surgical Peri-Operative Management. He sees Dr Blackham's in-patients at The Mount Hospital, Perth - if you're an Aurora patient at the Mount you will normally meet him just after surgery.
Dr Badshah completed Advanced training in Endocrinology and Diabetes at Sir Charles Gairdner and Fiona Stanley Hospital. He was then awarded fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Endocrinology in 2017. He has also worked as a Clinical Trial Investigator at University of Western Australia and published peer reviewed research papers in the field of Diabetes & Endocrinology. He is also active in international multi-centre Clinical trials.
Dr Badshah sees all Aurora Bariatric's patients of Dr Blackham during their operative stay as an inpatient (either the night of surgery or the morning after), to ensure comprehensive medical and surgical care for all of our patients. Some patients will need to see Dr Badshah prior to surgery.
