About Meher
Meher is part of Aurora's inpatient physiotherapy team, supporting patients through the acute recovery phase following bariatric and metabolic surgery. She is the director of Western Physiotherapy, leading a team of physiotherapists providing over 15 years of clinical expertise, delivering patient-centred care.
Her experience spans across ICU care, acute surgical rehabilitation, and post-operative recovery, drawing on a broader background across cardiothoracic, respiratory, orthopaedic and general surgical physiotherapy.
Meher's focus is on getting patients moving safely and confidently in the first days after surgery, helping smooth the transition from hospital to home. She also contributes to Aurora's continuity of care model, including prehabilitation and post-operative support for patients across the Perth metro area. Meher currently sees inpatients post surgery at the Mount Hospital when required.
